Communications	Stanley Tseng Nova Financial Services, Inc. 4675 Stevens Creek Blvd. #101 Santa Clara, CA 95051 408-777-8900 Stanley started his mortgage broker career in 1990, working as a loan officer at Paramount Mortgage, throughout the next nine years he has been with Partners Mortgage and First Portfolio Mortgage. He founded his own brokerage firm in 1999 focus on financing for residential and commercial real estate. He has worked with many local new home builders as their preferred lenders since 1993. Stanley Joined the board of Silicon Valley CAMB in 2003 and served as chair of Sponsorship Committee for 2004-2006.

Government Affairs	Tweed Banister Wells Fargo Home Mortgage 2107 N. First Street, Suite 450 San Jose, CA 95131 408-573-4270 Tweed has a BA in management and real estate with a concentration in finance. He has been one of the top ten performers in funding for Wells Fargo. Tweed has participated in CAMB legislation activities lobbying in Sacramento and Washington DC. He was on the Board of CARL from 1997 to 1999. He has been on the Silicon Valley Board since 1999 and has had his DRE Broker’s license since 1995.

Education	Brian T. Cadieux Brian Cadieux Appraisals 28 N. Midway Street Campbell, CA 95008 408-559-1223 Brian has been on the Silicon Valley CAMB Board since 2005. He has been an appraiser since 1994 and has owned his own appraisal company sine 1999. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser and offers his services in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Mateo, and other Bay Area counties. He has taught our members about appraisals and has also lead the chapter’s golf club for the past two years.

Membership	Cheryl Mehe'ula EF Foley 1262 E. Hamilton Avenue #1 Campbell, CA 95008 408-371-8882 Cheryl started in the real estate loan industry in 1977. She has been a member of the Silicon Valley CAMB since it started and was a member of its predecessor, the South Bay Association of Mortgage Brokers. She has been the Government Affairs Chair for the last 3 years. Cheryl chose this position because of her passion for this industry and because she feels that we must be proactive in the legislation that affects our livelihood.

Public Relations	Marge Nogosek Cedar Mortgage Company 901 Campisi Way, Ste. 205 Campbell, CA 95008 408-879-9011 Marge has been in the mortgage business since 1976. She opened Cedar mortgage in 1981. In the past, she served as the head of the legislative committee for CARL. She is also a member of the California Association of Realtors. Marge holds a Broker’s license in a number of states. She is interested in helping with any legislative issues that affect our industry whether it is on a state or national level.
