Stanley started his mortgage broker career in 1990, working as a loan officer at Paramount Mortgage, throughout the next nine years he has been with Partners Mortgage and First Portfolio Mortgage. He founded his own brokerage firm in 1999 focus on financing for residential and commercial real estate. He has worked with many local new home builders as their preferred lenders since 1993. Stanley Joined the board of Silicon Valley CAMB in 2003 and served as chair of Sponsorship Committee for 2004-2006.

Cathy is the Broker for Bay Area Home Loan. She is involved in numerous networking groups including BNI and the Catholic Business and Professionals Club. Ron Johnson has been in the credit industry for over 30 years and is the President of Southwest Credit Services Inc., a company that supplies credit reports and other related credit services to the mortgage industry.

He is actively involved in the California Association of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB), Silicon Valley Chapter; and serves as Treasure and is a member of the board of directors. He is a member of National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) as well as an affiliate member of the Santa Clara County Assoc. of Realtors (SCCAOR). He is a director of Freddie Mac’s Don’t Borrow Trouble Silicon Valley, a group that combines public education and counseling services to help homeowners avoid predatory lending. He is a member of the National Credit Reporting Association (NCRA), and regularly speaks at events on credit and mortgage industries issues.

Tweed has a BA in management and real estate with a concentration in finance. He has been one of the top ten performers in funding for Wells Fargo. Tweed has participated in CAMB legislation activities lobbying in Sacramento and Washington DC. He was on the Board of CARL from 1997 to 1999. He has been on the Silicon Valley Board since 1999 and has had his DRE Broker’s license since 1995.
